How did they do it?

When we think about the worlds largest communities, only one question arises in our mind : How did they do it?

The main point behind their success is the word "Dont loose a single visitor due to the bad behave". Not a single community in the world behave improperly to their visitors. They all are very much friendly and passionate, along with single minded.

So for a long term growth and retention of any community I strongly believes that it should be User Friendly. The main thing is "You can no longer be self-sufficient". You must bring together more and more visitors to your site. This means that distributed innovation models must address how you attract the best people to collaborate with you in your projects. For this share of the thoughts is very much essential.

We should reward the good people who have contributed a lot of their important time to make our community a success. There are basically two ways of getting rewarded for work. You can get paid for your input, for example by a salary, hourly rate or fee for service. Or you can be rewarded for the value of the final output, such as a commission, profit share or success fee. The second method generally gives the other people satisfaction.
